My gut feels kinda weird, and my head feels sorta woozy. I think maybe I feel a riff coming on. Is this common, or should I head to emerg?

Just a random noodle. Looking at getting a USB Mic and Light for quick videos like this but this works in the meantime. Sorry for the camera bulge ( focus lock didnt kick in)

Great in your face tone here Michael, playing is pretty damm spot on for my laid back chugging as well brother, give me a bit to unwind , and I shall see if something can raise some dust here, with my trusty Dsl40c
