There’s still life left ! Got a little time with the V today.
The only thing new about this piece is that I am using a Squire Standard, in HSH , that I have not touched in about a year, and she gave me a reminder of it, scratchy pots, hum, and a bit of feedback.
I think I will use it for a couple of days to ease her back into rotation.
Cheers

The rumour is for recording he mostly used Supros.Hey MItch, any clue what amps JImmy was using? Plexi's? JMP's like mine?

Very right! He namely used a Supro 1690T Coronado that was modified from 2x10 to a single 1x12. Thats the amp he recorded most of the first 5 albums with along with a Vox AC30 occasionally and even a Rickenbacker Transonic ( used on Heartbreaker). There's rumors of lots of others but those are the ones that are noted and confirmed. The rumour is for recording he mostly used Supros.
