I finally got around to shooting some video of the fretboard radius jig in action. It's only a test piece that I was using to check something out before putting some cocobolo in it for real but you can get the idea.

I assume it is a manual crank?

Is the extra motion from the camera moving?

Yes, manual crank. It is a little wobbly in use, but there is extra camera shake.

To be fair, I didn't invent it. I bought plans for it. But I did improve it by adding the sled drive mechanism and dual action crank.

A good friend of mine, who works at the Ernie Ball Music Man guitar factory, operates the fretboard radiusing machine. Last year he gave me a tour of the factory and a quick demo at his workstation. I wonder how much EBMM's fretboard radius jig cost?
