OK I saw this post when it was new. Saw the 27 " scale mentioned. Now this gets me curious. A friend started paying Baritone guitars which leads me to ask, what makes a guitar a baritone? As I google it, I get the answer I thought. SO this is likely a Baritone AGILE.

Here is a writeup from an ESP Viper ad

Baritone Performance with Viper Style
Instead of tuning down a typical six-string electric guitar for modern metal, get the ESP LTD Viper-400 Baritone electric guitar. With its 27" scale length, and factory-equipped 13–62 strings, the Viper-400 Baritone is optimized for lower tunings. And for the ultimate in aggressive guitar tone, it's loaded with EMG 85/81 active humbucking pickups. Its Thin U neck profile and extra-jumbo frets encourage fast, technical playing. Complete with high-quality Grover tuners, the ESP LTD Viper-400 Baritone delivers on every front.
