The majority of my guitars are named after birds and other things that fly. Some are named for aerial phenomena too.
For many there's a story or connection behind the name; with others it just matches their personality or their finish.
Another dozen are named for supernatural beings, mythic figures, movie characters, or ladies in my life.

well not the bees (which are honey producing)
Some have special issues --medical or mental--some get rehomed--to qualified care givers-- some are here for life--(sometimes I wonder if that is MINE or THEIRS)

There are many things that have happened and happen here daily that AMAZE me and Im here--Ive seen Shannon "bottle feed" a parakeet hatchling (I couldnt barely SEE it much less hold it--so frail)
Doves that were abandoned by their mother (or she was killed) in Hurricane Irma are still here and doing very well....

Not sure if Im Noah----- Dr. Doolittle Maybe? ---I mean I DOO as LITTLE as I can to get by BUWAHHAHAHAHAHA

We have a Duck that limps (was attacked by a dog (not ours) and people brought him here.....Shannon mended him -- he is "fine" now -- but limps--
a pig that was rescued from(im not kidding) a farmer wh got hooked on meth in the panhandle and was shooting ALL HIS ANIMALS because they were the devil---youc ant write this stuff) my dear wife found out-- and WHILE I WAS AT WORK she marched over to rescue what she could---- she saved 1 pot bellied pig (thankfully the police were there by that time)
THis guy was found as a TINY pup on the side of the interstate in a bag of dead puppies some BLEEPBLEEPBLEEPBLEEPBLEEPBLEEP!!! had thrown from moving car!!!! (if I find that one they will pay :mad:)

he is happy healthy and almost 10 years old now! (he was about 2 in the pic) -- he cant fit on the back of a couch now!! lol

they all have a story -- one has buckshot in her and is 16 wears diapers -- but CHUGS right along as best she can and eats like a horse! ----

we have 5 cats --- I think might be 6 --- no 5 one (the largest fury red one passed away....geesh 3 months ago now :( ) --bring her by Im sure she will FREAK OUT at the site of all this mess lol

They are all very smart and all talk to us in their way ---Goose tells us when she wants out-- or in the barn yard...
dogs tell us when they want in or out -- when the mailman is here--- when UPS is here--- when Im done eating so they can have a bite..... etc
chickens are very smart and tell us when they want petted-- or to sit on my arm--- or .....they are out of water in the water hole--


our entire property is for them--- the wife and I just get to hang out here ---- they run the show
