Up for sale we have a DC Jr. type guitar custom built by Scott Wilkinson (Exnihilo).
It has a solid one piece South American mahogany body and neck (the tree the body planks came from was from Peru).
Holly Headstock veneer with MOP inlay ("Elineke")
Ebony Fretboard
Double action hot-rod truss rod
Kluson tuners
Premium StewMac wire kit
StewMac golden age P-90s
Pigtail aluminum wraparound tailpiece.
It also has a vintage 1967 SG ground plate in the control cavity and a vintage 67 SG plate cover. The finish is stain with tung oil.
The difference in this body shape from a DC is the upper horn is moved forward 3/4 inch because it makes the body look more balanced.
Please notice the strap button was originally on the back of body but then was moved it to the horn. The hole was not filled, but easily can be.
The neck is a 60s slim profile and the nut width is between 1 5/8" and 1 11/16".
The fret wire is StewMac # 0152
Comes in a New Hard Case too!
$950 on REVERB only $800 shipped to forum members!
