It's more of a Berlin thing, but you can get it almost anywhere in Germany.

Beef bratwurst (hotdog) with Curry-Ketchup. Easy to make at home too. Just dump a bunch of curry powder in some ketchup, and you're good to go.
 
There are some places here in the States that serve curried ketchup.
Mighty good on hot dogs, bratwurst or kielbasa. Not bad on chicken either.
