We considered it years back.
Too hot for too long.
We were considering the southern part of North Carolina near Wilmington, within say 20 miles of the coast.
Seems like that is Hurricane Alley.

We probably will be forced out of NJ as so many have.

YOu get used to the heat----- about the third winter you dont have to shovel any snow at all--- own SNOW TIRES---or wear a coat--- or PANTS for that matter--- you really dont mind the heat-------

Im not sure of much -- but I am sure of 1 thing------my odds of dying in a snow drift after I slide on black ice into a field ---- are ZERO-----

I have a friend that lives in Jersey --VERNON I think---- the guys from the Misfits live in Jersey ------its a lovely place -- dont get me wrong-----

but its North of the Florida Ga. line --- so wont see me there
