First gig with the new lineup

Excellent gig tonight with our new lineup. It was very intimidating. I only had one practice with them in the last two weeks due to some family stuff. We had a substitute drummer. He was very good. We were the first band of three on the bill so there were a lot of musicians in the audience. It went well. A few guys from the other bands came up afterward and complimented my bass playing. The sub drummer called out after a song "Kerry on bass, killing the one". All in all a very good feeling going forward with this iteration of the band.

Awesome stuff Kerry. Happy it all went well. Am wondering about the tennis racket hanging on the wall behind you. Special tool to beat back the groupies?
 
Also just noticed. Everyone else is on a rug. You’re standing on bricks. That doesn’t seem fair. ;)

The picture was during the sound check. For the gig I moved my amp to the back beside the drummer so he could hear me and I was on the rug. :)
