I'm gonna make an educated guess here: These are being made at 225 Parsons Street alongside Heritage guitars. Heritage got some new investors recently and it would make a lot of sense to put out a budget line. Take a look at the two websites - obviously done by the same people.

Thing looks and sounds great.

I dunno, just a guess. But if they are what I think the Harmony name has been resurrected and they are using some of that extra space in the factory to put them together. But if I am right, and judging from the specs and the obvious build quality seen in the pics, $1300 is a bargain for them.
 
Hoo hooooo.... Ernie Ball Music Man has been making their Silhouette for about 35 years, and currently it's about a $2300 guitar. This should get interesting... :unsure:
