FINALLY!!!

Congrats. The housing market is hot, you should do well!

That’s what I’m hoping for.

I’ve had a lot of work done to the place over the past couple months.

Among several other things, the new owners will get two bathrooms that are so new that we’ve never used them! The contractors finished them up after we moved out.

I’m hoping for a quick turnaround and settlement. I’d like to settle before the swimming pool needs to be closed up, which I normally do around Labor Day.

Here’s the listing.

I was beginning to think I’d never get to this point. PTL

You know what's sickening? Your house, considering the nice condition it's in, considering the ample square footage, considering the one acre lot it's on, and considering what looks like to me a very desirable location.... Your $435,000 home would be a minimum of $1,200,000 in my area: 93433. By the second day on the market, you would see a bidding war, and by the third day you'll probably accept a $1,500,000 offer!

Here's a home in my area for $465K... Go ahead and compare :

Houses should cost that much anyone who has a job should be able to buy a house with little savings…. But its not how it works in real world, it all about profits and making money…. And as much as possible…..

Wow, that’s insane!

I know where I’m from originally in Illinois, the house I’m selling might fetch $275,000 to $300,000.

The housing market is nuts, right now. A lot of houses are going for well over asking price and the buyers are foregoing an inspection.

Yep, our housing market has gone insane. We sold our Anaheim Hills home, 3600 sq ft, 4 car garage, on 27,000 sq ft lot (half a it a slope), last March for $1.3M which was on the top end then. These are the Zillow estimates today.:run:
