Fender amps sure have gone down hill the last thirty years.
2000 evil twin low power output and noisy 16mm pots input jack was worn.
5 hours to remove the main board replace defective parts.
check all voltage test points set bias also the service manual is a joke.
well all problems solved since it was a out of town amp I wanted to leave the power on for 8 hours
it shorted out the power transformer so bad it would burn you Tonemaster transformers.
End of story a landfill twin. Fender makes them look good on the out side but not on the inside.

They are heavy as f**k, built like s**t, but when they work, oh my, they sound sublime. If the twin wasn't such a heavy beast I would have one in my arsenal.

They are heavy I used a pair of twins for many years a 1965 and a 1967 when I was offered $4,000.00 each sold. I did get a nice flight case out of the deal and a pair of Jensen USA made speakers
I use 15 watt amps now will be 60 years old next month.

I have four amps right now, all tube amps with the largest being around 20 watts. As good as the twin sounds it needs to be loud, very loud, too loud for 99% of what I do. I love the sound but the weight and how loud they need to be means they are not for me
