I‘ve run both heads through the same cabs...the old ‘68 Kustom K200A wins out by a nose...I think it’s just the tone it puts out...I fell in to it on CL...dirt cheap.(it puts out a real punch in the chest)
The BH250 is no slouch though, otherwise it would be gone by now.(it’s a bit more “hi-fi”)
As to “not enough cabs”....I also DI to a 4100 watt PA, pushing two 18 inch sub’s, and two JBL 2115 cabs...just for a little touch of reinforcement
