Hello!!!!
Every February has 4 of each day.
4 X 7 = 28.
However.
If you get paid weekly, you will have 5, yes 5 paydays in February once every I think it is 28 years.
If it is leap year and you get paid on Thursday and February 1st falls on Thursday BINGO! 5 paydays.
I say every 28 years because I had 5 paydays twice in the 33 years I worked for the phone company.

"How many months have 28 days?"
"February."
"No stupid, they all do."
