Ha Ha...well I just learned to careful myself...made an offer for 60% of the asking price knowing whole well the guy would refuse or come back with a counter...
nope...I won myself a Red Label Japanese made Yamaha Acoustic...hope I like it or it's at least flip worthy condition...I'll know tomorrow...
 
Now see heres what ys do folks,Take early retirerment cause you cant stand the place anymore and just live on a company pension and odd jobs and you wont have no extra money to buy nothin lol.So now i have to get better playing what i got.See problem solved on Internet buying hahahaha.I got plenty to keep me busy.

I opted to take my pension in one lump sum and spent it years ago. I am so looking forward to the day I can retire.
 
I already have one pension and I'm working on a second...living with my wife's need to accumulate money and my habit of buying toys...I need it.

I'm also investing a huge amount of my current pay in a 401K...I hope to get it to ONE MILLION $$$ by the time I retire for good...
 
I like having disposable cash for toys. .....without touching my salary and 401k. So in 2005, I went and picked up a 48" Xmark and trailer.

Once a week I cut cut cut away....and in a couple weeks the green starts flowing. I'm a workaholic anyway, so this is perfect...I stay active and get toys.

In two weeks, I'll be getting some new pickups for my Les Paul. Thank you Xmark!!

We passed that mark a while ago with a fixed index annuity retirement plan. Its been really great...
