Epiphone EB-0 bridge replacement

This is the bridge used on the 2015 SG Bass and Thunderbird

I know that bridge, i know that it is a really good one, and i know that this is what Gibson should have used years ago. But it is also a compromise because they still drill the holes for the 3 point which is technically completely unnecessary. In my own builds i have been using the 2 point version of the Supertone. And i still think that Gibson should use those better bridges at least on their "bread and butter solid body basses" like SG or Thunderbird.

But the Babicz bridge is expensive. More expensive than the value of a used Epi EB-0 bass, and about as expensive as the value of a used Epi EB-3 bass. So it does not appear not necessarily economic to me to use such a bridge on those cheap instruments and seek for cheaper alternatives instead
The Supertone is not quite as expensive, but at least on the Epi EB-0 its application is becoming questionable as well. Especially if a good improvement can be reached for about 5 EUROs, and if its weakest point - the low impedance sidewinder pickup - is not improved as well.
BTW: You must import both the Supertone as well as the Full Contact bridge from dealers in the USA since You cannot buy either in Europe. I did it four times.

Thirdly: there are a few archtop basses both from Gibson USA as well as from Epiphone where those better bridges cannot be fitted - Gibson Memphis (ES335) bass, Epi Jack Casady bass, Epi Rumblecat.
