Epi - Prophecy V - Opinions?

I have been looking at buying a Flying V (I am V-less) and Epiphone has the Prophecy series which piqued my curiosity.
There are a few things I like about them and a couple of things which I'm "just ok" with.

Anyone have any experience with these? In particular the Fishman pups?
The styling is really nice in either color.

The new +2020 lines Epi is great guitars so why not ?

I wouldn't even think twice about getting an Epi. They have everything going for them for right now. They even beat their parent company Gibson at NAMM year after year.

Epiphone + luthier to check it out and set it up properly and you can have something that can compete with a Gibson. Which obviously NAMM notices all too well.

It's a bit like the chocolate maker who has a line of different candy but one type is slaying the others for cost + how much you get and how well it tastes.

Looks like I am taking a road trip to try out some guitars this weekend!
I am going to look at the Jacksons too only because @Ramo highly recommended them.
The two I want to try out are these.
The Jackson Pro Series King V KVT and of course the Epi we have been talking about. They are both in the same price range. So, who knows, maybe I'll get both!

They are both great guitar , Jackson is more edgy and more modern looking one.

My Epi V is probably my favorite guitar. I don't know anything about those Fishmans though. The Prophecy series by all accounts are supposed to be pretty great axes.

The Epi Prophecy guitars I looked at and knew were nice were LP and SG models back around 2012. They had EMG pups in them.
I was checking out info on new Prophecy models like this V and saw that Fishman info. I know nothing about them but could say if you can get achance to check out the EMG Epi's and compare, you can judge for yourself. Or you can always swap in passive or active pups such as EMG's if you don't like the Fishman's once you get the V.

Liveevil, I was looking at V's back in the winter time and was open to all makers of them. My first one was and is my RR3 I bought from a guy in New Jersey. I am still sorting out the issues it had from the previous owner. It has killer Duncan pups in it and a Floyd Rose. The Floyd and the thin neck. I have fat fingers and wider necks do me better than the thin ones.
