Just curious as to the meaning of the title.

We know Gibson made a Mandolin/6 (EMS) and Bass/6 (EBS) so I can make some assumptions based on this, but does anyone know for sure???

Not entirely sure what their nomenclature logic is. The EDS1275 is a 12-string on top (so that makes some sense) and a 6-string on bottom (so what 75 means I don't know). "EDS" means "Electric Double Spanish" but beyond that just not sure.
