Back in 2008 Shad gave me the information values and voltages it's a skyline EQ high plate 100 watt
my friend Jon at Two Rock we went in on a custom designed power transformers I used a 1968 output transformer from a Marshall Super Lead 100
the hard part was to source the value of pot's used by Dumble I did a few changes on the filter supply I love the sound of the Marshall 1966 JTM/45 100
bright switch 100pf/220pf original went 250pf/500pf middle switch position off sounds like Jimmy Page's 1968 Super Lead 100 250pf sounds like
Jimmy Hendrix 1967 Black Flag Marshall Super Lead 100 500pf sounds like AC/DC on the rock/jazz switch used a three way switch middle position
bypass the tone stack speakers I used 2 x 12 EVM12L at 4 ohms first time I played it on stage it was to loud volume 1 master volume 1
next I built a Dumbleator run through the effects loop works as a second master volume with input and output controls for effects levels
play at bedroom levels with zero sound degradation first tried my Marshall Power Brake sounded like ass to tame the beast Dumbleator wins transparent
next I built a 50 watt version found the high plate values on the clean channel to grainy changed to a mid plate 2k2/135K on V1 Mepco/Electra 1%
1 watt resistors voltages 471 VDC on the plates EL-34 PI 7.4 volts differential pin 1 and 6 V1 and V2 200 VDC at input volume 5 and master volume 2
no need for the Dumbleator the Green Hornet was born combo EVM12L speaker I own 50+ guitar amps nothing compares.
