Difference between WGS Veteran 30 and Retro 30:

Total bonehead move on my part not checking the impedance. Tubes are fairly new. I always buy extras so swapping is no problem....but it seems to work just fine thus far.
 
I was playing this last night at about 10 O'clock on the volume dial, and let me tell you, words cannot describe how loud that it. Ironically, the only place I don't like this Reaper 55Hz is on overdriven F & G power chords. It's as if the speaker doesn't like the bass response. Possibly the forward position of the bridge pickup is contributing to this effect. I am going to mess with EQ's some more.
