Depression:

I have plenty of reasons to be down. I don't know why I'm not. I choose not to share a lot on line. I see a few people do this on Facebook. It's just not going to work for me.

I guess the process of getting to retirement has set in but I don't see light.
Anyway , glad you found a cure. I spend or waste money on music stuff that helps a little.

Here's some info i found on it....

I hope it is helping and only wish the best.

I hope , maybe this will put a smile on your face. I went to look up rape' drug online ( does any one knw how this will look in your search history?) Should I take my computer out and smash it now? Kind of freeking out man.

Interesting to me, after going through such deep depression, and then sharing my recovery, people herein seem so shocked.

I guess its a good thing i haven't described some of the things i have seen and discovered along my path....

I'm not shocked at all. I think many entheogens are way too often overlooked by overzealous moralists who tend to think "drugs r bad mmmk" without understanding. They'll tell you that they think what you're doing is bad or bad for you, and then turn around and swallow (or otherwise ingest) man made chemicals for their own depression and/or other ailments every single day. They often have the best intentions, but they lack knowledge. Not necessarily their fault, that's the same garbage that's been pushed down their throats their entire lives.

I say go for it man! I understand!

Another question: how sure are you that your rapé contained psilocybin and not dimethytriptamine?

Well,

I think im through the worst of it....

Nothing worked....not therapy, not medication, not alcohol, not isolation, not food.

Interestingly, it was a meso-American drug called rapé that really worked for me...
I would try Saint John's Wort.
This has been clinically proven and has helped quite a lot of people.
The liquid which you can put under your tongue, 2-3 times a day.
And give it a chance, 7-10 days to see if you feel better.

Take that stuff morning and afternoon.
But not at evening time...

Alcohol is a depressant, so if you are depressed stop drinking.

3. Sleep problems:
can be a factor. If you don't get good sleep, the world will seem hopeless.
So, do you sleep well, or not?

Some nights, quite well indeed.

One interesting effect was a blinding light being shined through your eyelids, but when you open your eyes, the night was pitch black.
