I ran into this cool calculator on D’Addario’s website.
It allows you to determine the tension from various strings and even allows you to customize your results by gauge, guitar scale length, custom tuning, and composition.
One drawback is that it only shows the tension per string. If you want the total tension you have to manually add the tensions of each string.
