...Mine Can't and it's part of my final assignment...there is just going to be one note off...

See the chord on Bar 13... best I can do with the pinky is 4th fret, 5th is currently not possible...many of these chords are ridiculous to finger and even when correct sound like $hit...

Not tried, but I would say yes. But - I think I would maybe argue with a few of those fingerings as being needlessly stressful. Bar 13 is a case in point, although I can't see how to refinger it. I think mostly I would replace it with one that actually sounds nice.
 
slide up a fret and do it on the 3rd fret?

And tell the TEACH to suck it......(this is why my formal guitar theory training lasted about 6 weeks........hostility issues and such)
