Ampeg CL as good as it gets, the Classic 410 is very good-classic Ampeg growl.. back when..when it was stack L & stack R..the SVT was the deal for us to be in the mix

SVT is a monster bass amp. One of the best ever, and a true classic for more than fifty years. The cosmetics have changed a bit over the decades but I expect it's the original circuit, just with 5-way mid freqs instead of 3-way. Great match for that Jazz Bass - or any bass, really. Massive tone, but a real beast to carry. Probably weighs about the same as that 4x10 cabinet.
Mackie is a decent compact powered PA system that'll be great with those Yamaha speakers. As mentioned upthread it has built-in effects, and you probably could use that Boss FS-5 footswitch to turn the effects on and off. For the footswitch you can use any regular guitar cord, but heed the advice above and get decent speaker cables.

Yes some very exquisite stuff it his his sons he is in LA they selling house i am just keeping it for him but can use what ever i want

In the meantime, that tape echo is the bees knees. Enjoy playing with that. It's one of the delays I have always wished to own, whether a Watkins, Echoplex, or any of the modern tributes such as the Fulltone.
