Can I safely run my trio bass/drum pedal at reasonable levels through a guitar combo?

I have been using my pa speaker, but I have to drag everything out each time so trying to pare it down

Really….I don’t know. Depends on how much low frequency content it puts out vs how much your amp/speaker can handle. Most modern amps that have an aux input seem to do alright, but….I don’t have one to try it with.

Seriously, I think so, I've done it with a different multi effects pedal than that and it was fine, but I don't know about that pedal.

Yeah, if you got an Aux In? Go for it, basically just turns the amp into a stereo speaker. As long as you aren't going super low or pushing the amp too hard, I see no issue here really using an effect like that on the amp even if it doesnt have an aux. Hell, bassists used to use guitar amps all the time back in the 60s ( Jack Bruce of Cream basically created his sound this way, although he blew apart alot of Marshalls too when they cranked them too much lol)
