Can I Do This?

My normally reliable post office has hired illegal interplanetary aliens during the holiday season that can't read plain English and determined it was best to send it back to the vendor because they couldn't find my house. :BH:

Speaking of the V, I'm having trouble locating a black pickguard. I much prefer it to the white. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Sorry to have to ask, but….what style/model V pickguard Are you looking for?
Does this help?

Alright then…it’s an Epiphone version of a 58 V…it looks like this one from WD….on eBay.

But then, if you read on….
WD® Custom Pickguard For Gibson® 1958-1959 And 1962-1963 Flying V Korina®This replacement pickguard is made to fit the Gibson® 1958-1959 And 1962-1963 Flying V Korina®. While many manufacturers may make a similar model instrument, this does not mean each pickguard of this type is interchangeable. If the design of your pickguard varies (country of origin, manufactured date, non-Gibson® manufactured) from that pictured, please contact us before ordering

Therein lies my frustration. All the ones I've seen, including those, have the wrong hole configuration. The pickup switch is in the wrong place. I could move it if the harness had enough play I guess.
Are you sure it’s off? The positioning looks fairly close to me, but I can’t be sure about the bridge hole and the screw hole near the bridge hole. I can’t see that screw in any of your pictures…it’s probably nearly under the back end of the bridge.
