Can anybody tell me something, anything, about this?

My dad got this from a friend who got it from a guy who knew nothing about it. I don't have any better pics, but there are no identifying numbers or anything on/in it anywhere. Full body, no cutaway, there are sound ports on the sides of the body, and there is a nice binding around the body and neck. Sounds nice, plays well.

But other than that, it has been rather difficult trying to find anything about it, or it's builder...

Internet info is all over the map. From handcrafted to import.
A lot of different stories.
Not a really well known brand.

There's a Joshua House that is highly regarded in the acoustic guitar forum.
But I think that's a different brand.

No listings in the bluebook or vintage guitar price guides that I have either.

All I can find is that these were made in '90s & 2000s, in Northridge California.

Somebody took the time to put good tuners on the guitar, so it is above the quality of a "cheap" guitar.
Somebody recognized the difference.

I'm guessing that somebody was probably the manufacturer...it does sound and play well though, and I liked the neck on it. Good and meaty.

The only thing I could find is that people like the Joshua guitars.
Not much of anything else.
There is 1 for sale, and that is the only one.
It's destined to become a mysterious rare cult classic.
