I'm honestly kinda impressed with how well it plays and sounds.
Much better guitar than my other builds.
Might be the custom neck that wasn't a cheap MIC Ebay POS.
Probably spent just as much time and effort on that walnut explorer.
But I never factor out dumb luck and random chance.
I've been kinda wanting a Filtertron pup guitar, and also kinda wanting a tele thinline without single coils.
It's a nice addition to the tone palette.

But I’m not sure yet, if the wood is just too gorgeous probably not. It’s a gamble every time you do a burn if it will turn out.

You have some serious skills, Mr. Fitz. Your Patrickaster looks fantastic, and it should be a very formidable weapon of disruption. Besides being blown away by the detailed shaping process you have shared here, I’m equally impressed in how you handled those “setbacks” that you encountered. Bravo, and well done…
