I think a stand is only a benefit in a live performance situation, where you need to project sound. In the studio, we often lay them on their sides to use the short kick drum mic stands.
I think looking at it is giving me a headache------- and the speakers--- are pointed in an "L" shape kinda -- I mean --- this is all KINDS of wrong--
I "get " bricks and pallet wood for furniture -- done it myself -- but ----- then to COVER the store bought stand---- WITH THE bricks and pallet wood this-- this is a new one on me ...
quite the lot of work --- perhaps he should spend more time getting a couple more RECORDS and less time "wood working"?
Like taking a perfectly good NEW truck and spray painting it with bed liner ----and camo paint--- er wait no I would do that --- never mind---HOLD on no I wouldnt
I would NEVER buy a NEW truck ---
so whew the world is safe -0--
