Gold Tops need P90s!

I tried, but couldn't find the magic with P90s in the Deluxe gold top.

The DiMarzio DLX Plus set kicks @$$.
Ceramic - 17.2k / 13.8k

They put the original nasaly mini hums to shame.

For my Classic the magic happened as soon as I swapped the ceramic magnets for A2s in the SD Custom P90. None of the other P90s I tried were doing it for me. I was already looking at some Kent Armstrong Stealth P90s, but a simple magnet swap changed everything.

My main thing about those Dimarzios is the double screw poles make it lose that P90 look and I think soap bar P90s are the classiest/cleanest looking pickups there are.

I had a set of K-A Stealth P90's in the Deluxe before the DiMarzio's. They were better at not being as noisy as the Gibson P90's I tried. The tone wasn't what I had in mind.

I got over the double row humbucker poles look at about one power chord after I plugged them in. :coffee2:

I found this guitar amp last night to bad it's no longer made no used sales world wide

If you have the amp, you could simply draw up a schematic. Seemingly their custom shop is still in business, so they'd probably knock one up on request. The only 'unique' part of it seems to be what they call the "HybridMASTER volume arrangement". Probably just a PPIMV.
