My 70-80s dream car was the Manta Mirage, a copy of the 70s McLaren Can-Am cars.
Kit car, but from the ground-up, with aluminum frame and V8 power. Fast.
Removable top with gull-wing doors attached; side doors open upwards.

This one has a Chevy 350 and is up for sale in GA: $5,000 including a $2K stereo system.
If I were twenty years younger I'd be all over it.

I didnt think that they came painted. What I remember is they were stainless body with clearcoat. Also understood that the motors were unreliable.

I’m three years older and I’d have no problem if you purchased it and parked it in my garage.
