Bread Bag Strap locks

Might have to give this a go. All my guitars have strap locks fitted except my telecaster (which doesn't seem to need) & my heritage 80 Les Paul. I've tried the Grolsch washers on it & the back one stays on, the other pops off within a few second of hanging the guitar on me, due to the strap being two thickness's of leather. Hopefully the bread clips will work better. Cheers

They’re like picks. Multiple styles and colors to suite your tastes. I have a set of 8 of these in my tool box, with the numbers 1 thru 8 on them. Use them when changing spark plugs, I clip them on the wires.

Those are pretty good, but some of them tend to slide open by themselves given a bit of time and movement if the fit is not tight enough. I've had a couple of them fail on me. I currently use a pair on my Derek trucks SG and Epi EB0 bass (where they sit like they are glued). On my other guitars I use beer bottle rubber washers like the Grolsch-style ones gball mentioned. The washers are sold loose in most home-brew stores, if you don't want to buy the beer.
