They introduced me to compilers.
Wrote my first FORTRAN program in 1973. We used Data General Nova computers in my first real job. We were doing voice recognition 1977, long before Alexa. That’s not me in the pic.

The are 10 kinds of people in the world. Those that can read binary and those that don't. Nice to find another that does. Glad to be here with many of my friends.
Not suggesting I’m old. But took some programming classes as an adult at the local community college. They were using GW Basic and Pascal as intro to programming classes.
