No.

It's not.

But, not for the reasons others may have. I just don't like it that hot.

To be honest. I'm glad we're getting a little snow out here. We've had very little of it this year.

My ideal temps are 70 degrees daytime, and 50 degrees nighttime.
 
Im not a heat guy either, at least not yet. I like all the season's we have here, so when summer hits ill be ready, but rite now, bring on the cold!

Winter should be white.

Spring should be green.

Summer should be greener.

Autumn should be red and gold.
 
I'm not a hot weather guy either. I'm happy at 65 degrees. when i lived in the high desert it would snow and I'd be outside in my shorts and a t shirt. I really wanna get the hell out of Smell A aka LA

Scary article on BBC news about the number of people who give themselves heart attacks every year clearing snow. Apparently it is super-hard work, done while wrapped up in sweaty clothes, and usually carried out first thing in the morning when the circulatory system is at its most fragile. So find someone with a snow blower and buy them a beer.

So so true. Unfortunately, I Always hear stories of it. I have a great snow blower, but it doesn't do everything, eventually you need to grab the shovel.

Last year, I worked for my nephew. We went plowing, and clearing walkways etc....30 hours of it. I will never, ever, do that again. Funny, he didn't call me this time. I think he picked up on my hints.
 
Earlier this year, I was sucking wind. A mouse had built a nest in the air box, and chewed the ignition wires in my blower. I had to shovel a foot of snow, from my 100 foot driveway. Did I fix that thing?? Hell yea I did!!!

That's why I've never bought a snow blower. I shovel, dressed lighltly, and pause often, to enjoy the beauty.

Also, only dig small shovels-full, at a time.

Don't fight nature. Learn to live with it.

The people in the business of predicting mother nature, sure have a tough job. To much predicting...to little predicting, public enemy#1 will let them know how they did.

With that said, time to wreck 'em (obviously teasing) I was predicted to get close to 25", an insane amount. My area received about 10"....more or less just a few miles in either direction.

In 2013, the forecast in my town was for 6-8". I got a wopping 28".

Yup, it's a tough business!
