Black pick guard for THUNDERBIRD?????

so.......................................the saga continues-----------------

I(yes me) purchased (for cheap on AMAZON--thanks MUSICLILLY--shameless plug ;) ) a rectangle of black pickguard material (yes its true)

for those JUST TUNING IN --- Im trying to make the BEAST on left LOOK more like the beast on the right ------

AND -------it cost me half a day playing hooky from work---(but I worked last Sat and SUnday so----- )

I headed South west today...........to watch the Master-----

-- -who (after a light lunch of very nice chicken sammiches ---and Guinness ;) and some play time with Charlotte the pit bull (shes vicious -- and adorable)
Hackmaster -----bent his FOOL WILL on the piece of black plastic -- and forged a NEW Pick guard and truss rod cover in amazing time and with little personal injury! -- in his Den of Misfit creations and Opium Emporium----------the shed of Creation -- the point of lift off for many an AMAZING creation...........
