here-- you hit water at about 4' down so......no go on the El Basemento

have 1890's house..had to carry stone in by buckets to fill floor & carry 5 gallon bottle filled with water from dehumidifier..evry day sometime twice

Hell a jam space is all you need, doesnt matter were it's at. If you have a quiet place to make noise and not be bothered is all you need.

I'm just fortunate enough to have a shop with a 500sqf room in it with A/C and heat. It came at a perfect time for getting the band back together.

I rented a house had a hole living space in the shop. It was great from that point I figured I'd have to have a jam space on the shop
