I’d be mimicking what has already been said. Sebastian Bach was a supremely gifted singer but not enough to overcome the body of work by the scorpions.
Skid Row vs Scorpions? Not a fair match up.

Tempted to change my vote to Skid Row just because I'm starting to feel sorry for them. They haven't received a single vote, yet.
