Ground missing at the panel disconnect, though I suppose it could be connected to the lugs at the bottom right side.

Color code of the conductors on the disconnect are a little different than what use, but that's not a true violation persay ( we use the BRB/BOY code: Black, Red, Blue/ Brown, Orange, Yellow color code)

The network controller to the PLC in the upper right is unplugged. That or it looks like the network cable is directly ran into the router and not the network controller, judging by the two blue CAT6s

Or did I completely miss it? Lol
 
I thought of another too Nazareth was pretty dang cool, and so was Krokus.
But that's my roots kind of showing. It's a shame Fleetwood Mac and Heart couldn't
get in, but they wouldn't have got far in this. Even imagine a contest between those two
bands, might make for very interesting discussion.

Someone turned the control voltage ups off.
