Problem is guidelines….
You can:
1) suggest/nominate 2 bands.
2) second or third 1 previously nominated band.

Them’s the guidelines.

I just figured if no one else was following the rules...

Once we get to 32 bands total, we will undergo a second round of adding nominations. But NOT until then.

No less criminal than Rush being in the same boat. I had to choose, and Rush didn’t have a second yet. It was just that simple for me. It sucked, but I felt that it had to be that way in regards to my “second”.

I view it as when they debuted.

Though there is a very strong argument to be made that both the Stones and Floyd reached their respective creative peaks during our time range. Certainly the Stones during the Mick Taylor era.
