Perhaps the cleanest Selmer Diplomat Reverb 15 watt combo from 1962!

Yes, an early '60s amp with tremolo and reverb. It appears to be all original (apart from the pointer knobs) and even has the footswitch. The speaker is a 12" Fane and looks to be the factory item. (Selmer seemed to use a variety of speakers and I've seen alnico Celestions, Goodmans Audioms - both alnico and ceramic, and Fanes fitted, the latter of which seem rarest.)

Do I need another amp? Of course not but how could I pass up this chance? How much did I pay for it? I'm not saying but if you can find one this clean for less than say £600 you'd better buy it. :)

I'm not sure why you're not seeing the pics when I can see them as a visitor to the site. They are linked to "My media" so am I missing something in the links?

I'm looking forward to doing a comparison with my "Blood & Custard" Selectortone. It will be interesting to hear the differences between that amps EF86 front end and the ECC83s in the Diplomat.
