At last - we have Winter

Winter has hit London for the first time this season. And it's hit with a bang - or rather storm Emma. I was down the park yesterday after work, and a fountain looked like this. That's about four hours worth of freeze.

That's cool. We had a winter too for about 2 weeks. I hated it! I'm glad it's over. Bring on the warm weather.

We're having ours right now. After a Fall and Winter (so far) dominated by 70-some-degree days it's gotten cold. Yes, It's LA cold, but we'll ride this out for a couple of weeks and then Spring will be here.

Winter has hit here in Lost Angeles also. Currently 57 degrees with 10/% humidity The low was 50 degrees. I had to wear my hoodie into work today.

We've had some really cold periods here, but not much of a winter as far as snow is concerned.

I'd like to have had a bit more snow.

Two stinking years we had no winter to speak of. Finally winter came back but I am waiting for a big blizzard like in 1993. Nothing moved. The Staint Patrick Day Parade went on but you could not see any thing on TV because of the heavy snow. That was the last time I got rip roaring drunk. I got so lost a block from home, the snow blizzard blinded everyone. I brought three dogs home that seemed lost to me but people just let them out to poop and I collected them along my way

More winter joy. A local water main burst so I've had no water all day. Had enough in the filter jug for making tea, but I WANT A SHOWER!!!
