I'm interested to know make/model, and if it was used in a specific amp model.
It served longtime as replacement in a modified JTM45, powering 3xECC83 + 2xEL34 with diode rectifier.

- Selector on top: 110, 220, 245
- Stack size: 3 3/4" x 3 1/8" x 1 7/8".
- Resistance: Primary 6,1 Ohm (110), 17,1 Ohm (220), and 19,8 Ohm (245). Secondary, HT 43,5 + 40,0 Ohm.
- Voltage: 3,15-0-3,15 and 335-0-335 VAC.
- Wires: Two black primaries go in on top, HT red-green-red, heaters black-yellow-black (all solid), and one green wire without connection to any winding or PT shell (connected to chassis ground in amp).
