Would so much like to learn slide..

I've made attempts to get the hang of it with finger length tubes, but it was cumbersome to say the least. The ring thing caught my attention, mostly because I have short fingers. I'm going to order one and give it try.
Anyhow, was just curious if anyone here has had any experience with the ring slide.

Can relate on the fingers for sure. Some normal chords are even frustrating. Let us know how you make out with it.
