Anyone familiar with TC Electronic's Mimiq Doubler?

I just took the plunge and ordered one of the stereo Mimiq Doublers!!!
I have two different amps that I run in stereo from my pedalboard, so this is going to sound huge.

Musiciansfriend just cancelled my order!! it was scheduled for 3/14 and i got it for $99. They pulled the plug and now its about $25 more elsewhere. Sweetwater has it for $99 but backordered. It was the stereo model as well

That's not very friendly.
Lol touché! I think im done with them for good anyways. I only ordered it from them cause it was the cheapest and i knew there'd be a backorder of about 6 weeks which was good. But since then, it popped up at various places briefly for the same price and i couldve had it already. Sweetwater has a backorder for the same price but i wonder if theyll cancel too

There seems to be a shortage in the UK too. GAK was the only place claiming to have the stereo version in stock, and was 30p cheaper than Andertons!
Fingers crossed. No cancellation. It should be here by Thursday. :fingersx:
I am also waiting on patch cables and PSU patches to connect it with. They should arrive this week too.
But the Ammoon Isolated Power Supply is coming from China (I think), and won't be here until mid March. :(

Andertons are more expensive in general, I never buy anything from them.

I find this too Thomann usually beat them hollow, even with shipping from Germany.

Andertons I find a bit greedy, when I was on market to buy a guitar, the only place they had in stock was with them and they would not budge on price. I ended up ordering from Scotland, it was way cheaper to buy and ship it to me than Andertons, It came damaged and I sent it back but people were super nice and hassle-free to return and money back.

for some reason when I have money and want to buy something its never in stock lol

Unfortunately, I have had to order every guitar I have ever purchased. Someday I want to go down to Southpaw Guitars in Texas with a wad of cash and go nuts. They even have a new Gibson Custom tuxedo LP right now. Oh, to have $5k.

Well, it arrived a couple of days ago, but I've saved it for my birthday.

Now it's on the board and tested.
:2Thumbs:

But I did have to do a firmware update to get is functioning properly.
The update fixed an issue which I had read about.
At first the 'Dry' tone was sitting in the left side in the 2 'Dubs' mode, instead of the advertised centre position.
All is good now.

I was in stereo to begin with, using a DSL40CR and a VS65R through a Zoom MS-70CDR pedal, but the Mimiq really separates the two amps out.
Lots of tweaking fun to be had over the next few days.
Too soon to say my board is now complete? (there is still an Ammoon Isolated PSU on the way) ;)
