Old?!! I don't think it means you're old. Intelligent people are up early. It means you're self-disciplined and a strong person, a go-getter. Pay no mind to age!

That is easy for a female to say who is not affected by age and prostates and the wee hours of the morning thing.

Taking a 4-5 mile walk every morning literally saved my sanity during the Covid lockdowns. Also, one of my favorite things to do when we are on vacation is to get up early and take long walks in whatever place we are visiting. It's a great way to get to know a place without people around.

Gball, I really do miss walking. Ever since I was a kid I could walk endlessly, especially around many wooded areas of Loch Raven Reservoir.
In recent years, my lifetime of low back pains has worsened to even make tying my shoes hurt enough to take my breath away.

jtcnj's wife took notice of my hobbling a bit when I stopped by there in NJ to pick up my Jackson. Of course I had had a 3+ hour drive in the car before I arrived.

I love getting up early in the morning but I hate when people talk to me that early. My wife is a jabber box when she gets up. She gets up before me and gets the coffee going. I conveniently sleep in until I hear that buzzer go off.

Then I sit on the couch and she starts talking to me about all the happenings on the internet. I just give her that look...
