Any Diabetics here?

Today I started a new type of insulin, inhalable! No stabbing myself with a needle. It's called afrezza and it's a powder that I inhale. Any other diabetic TTR members try this?

I've been diabetic for 30 years, 18 years on insulin. I have heard of that, but have no personal experience with it. If it works, that's great news! I have a Dr. appt next week, and I suspect they may want to try a few new things. Good luck.

After a few weeks using Afrezza, I gotta say that I love it! I still shoot the basil insulin once a day, but being needle free before each meal is F**king fantabulas!!!

I'm type II so I don't need supplemental insulin, so far.
But it's great that there are noninjected versions!

I am type 2, however after our bout with covid, both my wife and I are on insulin.
