Any Bogner La Grange owners in the house?

I just got one in but before I return it I want to make sure this isn't factory. Not one of the knobs rotate smoothly at all. At certain points it feels like I am changing a selector switch instead of it rotating smoothly?
I haven't plugged it in yet but really wanted to give this pedal a try for a while now.
I had a Bogner Blue and if I am not mistaken all the knobs rotated smoothly like the rest of my pedals?

Are you sure you aren't feeling a centre detent point on the tone controls?

I am positive. Most will go smooth until the half way point and the selector feel kicks in. And it's a very noticeable stoppage of motion.

It's a stronger stoppage than selecting the mode on my Flashback delay. No book but came in factory box. It's a like new pedal and was boxed and packed very well.

Pedal works perfectly but that isn't normal since there is no purpose or "stage" of gain/tone/blend. Thinking the pots got bent or something. The pedal is fantastic though & would be happy with the swap (my TIM) but that is bothering me.......

I have the Bogner Ecstacy (Red), and all pots turn smoothly. I just looked at some reviews and the manual for the La Grange, and there is no reference to a different style potentiometer action.

I really like this pedal to the point I may not worry about it. I have a $125 into it honestly by way of a couple trades but on the other hand I should be able to get enough for the TIM for 1 of these used. I think this thing sounds fantastic! Almost reminiscent of boosting the green channel of the DSL50 I should have kept. More gain but yeah I really like this box.
