As a guy who builds buildings, I can't even fathom the complexity of constructing that and how the structure just cries out maintenance nightmare such as leaks, HVAC calculations, ease of access when needing to work on things in weird shaped locations of the building etc.
 
1.5 BILLION....buy in.....they will figure it out---for decades to come.....

your not factoring in HURRICANE WINDS either ;)
 
IT IN THE MIDDLE OF A SWAMP! ---- half of south Florida is built on land "reclaimed" from the Everglades........not gonna be good when the Everglades forecloses on that deal......
 
All the building needs now is a swimming pool.:wink:
