Our bandleader wears his guitar really low. I can't play it efficiently slung low like that...

I don’t play it that high..... but I do tend to play a bit higher than most.

I still use a strap i made in 1980 when I was 15. It has no adjustment, and was created for a Stratocaster-Style body. I used a cheap, adjustable strap to figure out where the guitar was both most comfortable and where I had the best solo dexterity. I still use it almost daily.

Where your electric hangs today looks to be about where I have my electrics. For some reason. I like my acoustic just a little bit higher. Just feels right to me.

That's about the height I play Les Pauls. For some reason other guitars are lower, SGs a lot lower.

I’m about where the guitar strap end is about nipple height (can I say that here ?).
