Yep you guys nailed these ones easy, even though this is tuned down C#. Kudos!
Ha ha ha I am a guitardist by nature. I use a pick! I even ordered a few of the really really fat primetone picks.
(I have recorded a few songs with fingers, but I only ever pick up a bass to record a bass line with, I don't ever "play one" )
And it is a beautiful bass! I just acquired it.
I would say it's beautiful because it isn't the same old ugly as sin Fender bass that everyone else owns....but I don't want to upset Fiona. Ha!
And ummmm 'cough 'cough, Jason Newsted used a pick.... 'cough 'cough. LMAO

Here’s a twist on Name That Riff. Was in the studio yesterday going through parts for an up coming project when this song comes on the radio. Have heard it hundreds of times, but this time the opening riff, played on a 12 string, caught my attention. So I got this one off the wall, tuned it up (haven’t played it in months), and down loaded the TAB.
Now you guys gotta play the TAB to figure it out ! I got it down after a few minutes. Fun picking exercise too !
